1. Scope

Applies to all services offered on PixNit, including Digital Marketing, PPC, Logo Design, Web Design, Analytics, and Customer Experience.

2. Cancellation by Client

• Prior to Service Start
  Clients may request cancellation at any time before service initiation (e.g., before work begins or before campaign launch). A full refund will be issued, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred.

• After Service Commencement
  Once work has begun or monthly retainer services are in progress, cancellation must be requested at least 30 days in advance. Payment for the upcoming 30-day period is non-refundable.

3. Refunds

• Money‑Back Guarantee on Packages
  As stated in PixNit’s “Plans & Pricing” page, logo design packages include a "100% Money Back Guarantee" Clients unsatisfied after initial review of delivered deliverables (e.g., logo concepts) may request a full refund within 7 days of receipt.

• Other Services
  All other services follow a pro‑rated refund model. If cancelled mid-cycle, clients receive a refund for unused days within the next 30-day billing period.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions) already incurred on client’s behalf.

• Setup, onboarding fees, or any services already delivered.

5. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Submit email to info@pixnit.com with:

• Your name & account details

• Service(s) to cancel

• Reason for cancellation

Our team will acknowledge within 3 business days and credit the refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions & Disputes

PixNit reserves the right to modify or waive refund terms at its sole discretion in special cases. Refund amounts are determined in accordance with this policy.

PixNit may update this policy at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The latest version supersedes all earlier versions.
